Executive Assistant & Head of Operations - Residential Real Estate


The Bellet | Grakal | Glick team needs a professional and proactive executive assistant to support our top agents. You’ll be a true right hand and a critical associate to the agents, working with them to manage their client database and sales pipeline, and oversee business operations. To thrive in this role you must be detail-oriented and organized, very hard-working, and someone who thrives in a supportive role and can stay cool under pressure. You must be able to think strategically and create efficiencies within systems. You must be coachable, growth-mindset oriented, and have excellent, proven communication skills. You will anticipate needs and direct where the business needs support to achieve its goals.

Must have:

  • At least 5 years minimum experience as an executive assistant in a large Real Estate Sales/Brokerage environment

  • An active California Real Estate License

    Without these qualifications, your resume will not be considered.

Compensation:

Starting at $75,000 plus bonuses, though compensation may vary based on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Help agents increase revenue by managing leads and sales pipeline

  • Manage a busy calendar, making sure all timing and logistical details are in place to maximize efficiency, and productivity and ensure business goals are being met

  • Serve as a gatekeeper for top agents

  • Prepare research and notes for any meetings and presentations

  • Manage the client management systems, updating agents regularly and proactively

  • Organize and manage priorities on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis

  • Work well with other team members on external marketing, social media, and digital media

  • Communicate directly with clients, vendors, partners, and other high-level stakeholders

  • Handle any business or personal tasks that arise in an effort to free up the agents' time to focus on revenue-producing activities


Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years minimum experience as an executive assistant in a large Real Estate Sales/Brokerage environment

  • Must have an active California Real Estate License

  • You are highly accurate and detail-oriented by nature

  • You thrive in a supportive role, the team's success is your success

  • You are able to handle highly sensitive information confidentially

  • You are a problem-solver who can find solutions to difficult problems proactively

  • You are tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office software and database management
